There are two passenger elevators and one service elevator serving Doctors Office Building III .
All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems.
Every tenant and its physicians, patients, employees, staff, visitors and invitees have the right, at no separate charge or cost, to use on the hospital campus unreserved parking spaces, subject to the relevant terms of your Lease.
Parking spaces within the parking structure are to be used for physician parking only; parking spaces on the upper deck and upper surface lot of the parking structure are to be used exclusively for physician and tenants’ patients; parking on the surface lot designated “Lot M” is for tenant’s staff and visitor parking.
